What I Learned Yesterday That Has Carried Over Into Today's Lesson As Well
Dancing for three straight hours like you're Cheryl Burke on methamphetamines while wearing high heeled boots will cause you to suffer extreme soreness in parts of your body you didn't even know existed. Also important to note: working out five days a week for over a month apparently does nothing for your body like bending, dipping, bumping, and grooving on the dance floor. Four more weekends like Saturday night and I'll be looking just like Edyta.
